RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
A store credit will be issued for all change of mind returns, we do not refund change of mind returns.
All items are to be returned in original packaging and labelling, returned unaltered and unused or laundered in any way.
All return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Items must be returned to Wixii within 14 days of receiving the goods, no returns can be processed past this timeframe.
Items are to be returned by tracked and insured postage inside a waterproof sealed courier bag.
There are no returns on sale, promotional or discounted items (see below for more information)
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, please notify us of the exchange item as soon as possible to secure.
An additional shipping cost is required for sending out exchanged items.
SALE, PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
There are no returns on sale, promotional or discounted items. However if you need to exchange for a different size or colour (subject to availability) we are more than happy to organise this for you. All return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Vintage items can have small imperfections. These imperfections are noted in the detailed descriptions for each garment. Refunds will only be issued if the item is grossly misrepresented.
