Shipping and delivery

Wixii orders are unable to be delivered to Po Box addresses.

Rural deliveries may affect delivery timeframes by 1 – 2 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation including a direct tracking link so you can track and trace your parcel at any time. You can also track your order through your online Wixii account. 

During holiday periods deliveries may be subject to delay, please allow an extra 1 – 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Please ensure that when placing an order using a residential address that someone will be there to collect between the hours of 9am - 5pm. 

Wixii will not be held responsible for any courier delays or international custom hold up’s. If you are placing an order outside of New Zealand please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply and are not covered by Wixii.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

Wixii is not liable for goods damaged or lost in transit. It is important to ensure your address details provided are correct on reading your order confirmation, this will prevent any potential loss. If you receive your goods damaged or your order does not arrive within the delivery timeframe suggested please get in touch with us immediately so we can lodge an enquiry with the courier provider. 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note Wixii does not cover any import duties and taxes that may apply. These customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country. All charges must be paid for by the person receiving the package before delivery can be made. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for current charges and more information prior to placing your order. This will ensure there are no surprises and that you receive your order on time.
