Request Return
Wixii offer easy returns for refund or store credit on all orders that meet our simple returns criteria below.
- Order to be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
- Garments must be in original unworn condition upon return.
- We do not accept returns on final sale garments.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty). We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
-Please note: Due to our limited style runs, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your item and we’ll issue you a store credit. Alternatively, you can purchase the new item to secure it, and we’ll refund your original purchase once it has been returned.
To request a return:
- Simply click on Account located in the top right corner of our website.
- Input the email used to create your original order and select Continue.
- You will receive an email with a 6 digit unique code - input and select Submit to access your order history.
- Find and select the order you wish to return and click Request Return in the upper right hand corner.
- Fill out all fields to complete form.
Once your request has been processed by our team you will receive an email including further instructions to complete your return.
To use your store credit:
If you opted for a store credit, log into your account or Shop Pay before adding items to your cart.
At checkout, your credit will appear under Store Credit—select Apply store credit to use it.
